When is my date secured?+
Only after your service is approved, your agreement is signed and the required nonrefundable deposit is paid.
Are payments refundable?+
No. All payments, deposits, retainers, appointment fees and service charges are final and nonrefundable.
How are travel costs handled?+
DJ bookings outside Brooklyn may include mileage, tolls, parking, airfare, accommodations, ground transportation and per diem based on the destination.
How long does design work take?+
Standard graphic-design turnaround is generally 3–7 business days. Video turnaround is generally 7–14 business days. Rush service is available when the schedule permits for an additional fee.
How many design revisions are included?+
BLS GFX includes up to three total changes. Additional revisions or major redesigns require an additional fee.
What happens after I submit a request?+
Boss Lyfe reviews the details and availability, then emails the approval or custom quote, agreement and secure payment instructions.

Tri-state & destination DJ bookings
Tri-state: New York, New Jersey and Connecticut travel fees range from $50–$200 according to the event location. Tolls and parking are additional.
Outside the tri-state: Every other U.S. and international location follows the destination booking policy.
Destination expenses: Required transportation or airfare, hotel accommodations, local ground transportation and a daily per diem are quoted according to the destination.
